On Sharing Dad

(While watching Henry sit on Matt's lap...)

Luke: Henry thinks you're his Dad.
Matt: I am his Dad!
Luke: No, you're my Dad, so you can't be Henry's Dad.
Matt: I am your Dad AND Henry's Dad - you are BOTH my sons.
Luke: That doesn't make any sense.

My favorite part about this, aside from his serious confusion and the fact that he clearly hasn't fully understood this brother thing for the last 15 months, is the fact that he was just casually observing them and realized that their relationship is similar to the one Luke shares with Matt. He could tell Henry feels the same way about Matt that he does. I love kids, they are adorable geniuses!
